ABS Studios is not liable for any temporary or permanent bans or restrictions imposed by Meta on your WhatsApp Business accounts.
Use of ABS weebo requires an active, paid monthly subscription plan. All subscription billings are handled securely via our designated payment gateways. If your monthly subscription is canceled, unpaid, or suspended, your access to ABS weebo features, automated workflow flows, and Gemini AI agent services will be **terminated immediately**.
In no event shall ABS Studios, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, loss of database records, message delivery failures, Vercel/Supabase server downtime, or loss of business profits) arising out of the use or inability to use this Software.
